Rule 21
If the dismissed employee is acquitted, he will be posted
(1) If an employee who has been removed from service is to be reinstated by a court decision, he must appear at the Ministry within three months from the date of receiving the notice of the decision.
(2) Employees who fail to appear within the time limit of sub-rule (1) will not be posted.
(3) Before the commencement of this regulation, an employee removed from the Nepal Health Service in accordance with the Civil Service Act, 2049 and the regulations made under that Act, if his service is reinstated by a court decision, if he fails to appear at the Ministry within the time limit as per sub-rule (1), no tax will be charged for his reinstatement.
